Here We Are, Again? Decade-old Article Still Rings True Today

Thanks to a reader for sending the Lamorinda Weekly public forum article (PDF) from almost a decade ago.

It reflects on Town Manager recruiting, government, efficiency, and a worrisome trend from "living within our means" to visions requiring increased expenses, staff and otherwise. It could have been written today and is worth a read!
