Town Manager’s Performance Doesn’t Merit a Pay Increase

The Town Council is conducting a number of [closed session] discussions with the Town Manager to discuss her performance and negotiate a potential salary increase. For a variety of reasons – from a lack of transparency to intentional obfuscation to bad decision-making – the Town Manager’s performance does not merit a pay increase.


Our attached letter to the Town Council outlines our concerns and calls for performance improvement before any pay increases are doled out.
